Privacy Policy
Uniplyt LLC respects your privacy. This document describes what data we collect when you visit uniplyt.com.ua and how we handle it.

2. What data we collect
2.1. Automatically — when you browse the site
- Your IP address and technical information about your browser, recorded in the server logs of our hosting provider. This is standard practice, needed for error diagnostics and protection against attacks.
- Two technical markers in your browser (
localStorage): one indicating that you have seen the anti-fraud notice, and one storing your chosen interface language (Ukrainian or English). Neither marker allows us to identify you and they reside only on your device.
2.2. If you write or call us
- Your name and contact details (email, phone) that you provide yourself.
- The content of your enquiry — so that we can respond properly.
2.3. What we do NOT do
- We have no registration, login, or online payment forms.
- We do not use advertising networks or tracking pixels for profiling.
- We do not publish bank details online and do not accept payments through the website.
- We do not carry out automated decision-making regarding you.
3. Why we process this data
- To respond to your enquiries and conduct commercial communication.
- To ensure the technical operation of the website and protection against unauthorised access.
- To comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation (in particular tax and accounting rules, if we have entered into contractual relations with you).
4. Legal basis for processing
Your data is processed on the basis of Article 11 of the Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Personal Data:
- Your consent — when you send us an enquiry or your contact details yourself.
- Our legitimate interest — in the operation, security, and anti-fraud protection of the website.
- Performance of a contract — if you are our current customer or supplier.
For visitors from the European Union, the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) additionally applies, in particular Articles 6(1)(a), 6(1)(b), and 6(1)(f).
5. Transfer of data to third parties
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- Upon a reasoned court decision or a request from law-enforcement authorities within the limits of the law.
- Technical server data is processed by our hosting provider on the basis of a data-processing agreement with us.
6. Retention period
- Server logs — up to 90 days.
- Data in your
localStorage— up to 30 days; you may delete it at any time through your browser settings. - Correspondence and contractual data — for as long as required by Ukrainian legislation (in particular the Tax Code) or as needed to fulfil commercial obligations.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website does not use cookies for tracking. We use only your browser's localStorage for two technical functions: (1) remembering that you have seen the anti-fraud notice, and (2) remembering your chosen interface language. In no case do we store any personal data. You may clear local storage at any time through your browser settings — this will not affect the operation of the website.
8. Your rights
Under Ukrainian legislation and the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Know what data of yours we process and for what purpose.
- Receive a copy of your data.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data if there is no legal basis for further retention.
- Restrict processing in certain cases.
- Withdraw consent you have previously given.
- Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or (for EU residents) with the national data protection authority of your country.
To exercise these rights, please write to us at secretar@uniplyt.com.ua. We will review your request and respond within 30 calendar days.
9. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data: HTTPS encryption on the website, restricted employee access to correspondence, and regular updates of server software. However, no method of data transmission on the Internet is absolutely secure; we do everything reasonably possible, but cannot guarantee 100% protection.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when launching new services or in response to changes in legislation. The current version is always available at this link; the effective date is shown below. If the changes are material, we will additionally notify regular customers by email.
