Painted Fiberboard
Painted fiberboard is available in a wide range of colors and decors — from solid-color solutions to coatings with a natural wood texture. The variety of designs makes it possible to choose the optimal option for furniture production and interior finishing. In addition to the existing color palette, colors are matched to the customer's sample at the production site.
Painted fiberboard is produced by applying a paint coating by the roller-rotary method of deep offset printing onto a fiberboard base manufactured by Uniplyt.
For painting the boards, exclusively high-quality paint materials are used, complying with EU environmental and sanitary requirements, in particular the REACH regulation. The coatings are characterized by a low level of harmful emissions and are safe for use in residential and public premises.
The surface of painted fiberboard is hard, wear-resistant and resistant to dirt. During use, the paint coating retains its original appearance and color unchanged. The decorative coating is based on water-dispersion paints, produced using environmentally clean fillers.

- main size 2745×1700 mm; boards are cut to size according to customer requirements;
- thickness: 2.5 mm; 3.2 mm.

Applications
- furniture production (back panels and inserts for furniture cabinets, doors, drawer bottoms);
- finishing of vehicles and trade equipment;
- as a finishing material for walls and ceilings;
- in residential and public premises.
Packaging
The boards are formed into packs of 150–200 pieces on wooden trellised pallets, covered on top with corrugated cardboard, wrapped in stretch film, tied with polypropylene straps and protected with polypropylene corner protectors.

Storage and handling recommendations
The boards must be stored in dry, enclosed, ventilated warehouse premises on the packaging pallet, stacked in piles, at a relative air humidity of 65 ±2 % and an air temperature of 20 ±2 °C.
The boards must be cut with a sharp cutting tool.
