Fiberboard (Hardboard)
Fiberboard is a combination of natural raw materials, modern technology and a responsible approach to the environment. The boards are manufactured by the wet process without addition of synthetic resins or adhesives, which preserves the natural structure of the wood and minimises emissions of harmful substances.
The product is based on natural wood fibers which, under high temperature and pressure, form a durable, environmentally clean material. For this reason the boards are safe for use in residential areas, furniture production and interior finishing.
The binding role is performed by lignin — a natural polymer that is already contained in wood. We do not add any formaldehyde resins or synthetic adhesives.

Hardboard of type HB complies with DSTU EN 622-1, DSTU EN 622-2 (thicknesses: 2.5 / 3.0 / 3.2 / 4.0 / 5.0 mm).
Hardboard of type MBH complies with DSTU EN 622-1, DSTU EN 622-3 (thicknesses: 1.9 / 2.0 / 2.5 / 3.0 mm).

Properties
The boards can be:
- cut;
- sanded;
- glued;
- finished with films and paint coatings;
- fastened with nails and screws;
- bent.
Packaging
Boards are formed into packs of 100–250 pieces on wooden trellised pallets, tied with polypropylene straps and equipped with protective polypropylene corner protectors for safe transportation and storage.

Storage and handling recommendations
- store the boards in dry, enclosed warehouse premises;
- stack on packaging pallets in piles;
- maintain an air temperature of 20 ±2 °C;
- maintain a relative air humidity of 65 ±2 %;
- use sharp cutting tools when working with the boards.
