Sawn Timber
The sawmilling and woodworking facility of Uniplyt LLC produces:
- edged softwood sawn timber for general use;
- blanks for packaging pallets (pallet blanks);
- Euro pallets and wooden pallets of various designs according to the customer's drawing.
The quality of the sawn timber complies with the requirements of TU U 16.1-30905968-007:2018 and EN 1611-1.
Sawn timber is produced both green (moisture above 22%) and dry (moisture from 12% to 22% according to customer requirements). Allowable moisture deviation for dry sawn timber is ± 3%.
Specifications
Nominal board dimensions (thickness / width, mm) and limit deviations comply with the requirements of TU U 16.1-30905968-007:2018 and EN 1313-1.

Packaging
Sawn timber is packed into bundles with intermediate spacers and strapped with packaging tape on wooden bearers.
Transportation and storage
Sawn timber is transported by all means of transport in accordance with the cargo carriage rules in force for the given mode of transport.
During transportation, loading and unloading, sawn timber must be protected from mechanical damage, contamination and atmospheric precipitation.
Sawn timber is stored in packs under a canopy with well-arranged air circulation.
